冲版水循环处理系统（处理对象：冲版水）
主要目的
建立冲版水实时的循环处理系统，实现冲版水循环利用的同时对碱性冲版
水进行酸碱中和、脱色、过滤处理，既实现了节约，又保持定期排放的冲版水，
例如每冲版 50 张排水一次，排放水质达到国家二级污水排放标准。
质量效能
安装系统后冲版水压稳定，水质清洁，使得冲版效果更加，确保版面干净。
成本效能
相对节约冲版水直排，节约 90%以上冲版水资源和 100%的废水处理费。
举例说明：
1）客户版材月用量 5000 平米，每张印版 0.8 平米，相当于 6250 张印版。
2）未安装冲版水循环处理系统前，每张版一般需要 20L 冲版水。
3）安装后节省 90%的冲版用水。
